26 Natural Remedies For Arthritis.

      Arthritis will not kill you but it will most certainly provide you with a lot of discomfort. Arthritis is more common in older people but the younger generation do get Arthritis also. If you presently have Arthritis and you are going through a lot of pain. I have listed below about 28 Natural Remedies that will help to control Arthritis. If one does not work then try another one or try two or three of them at the same time. No two of us are the same and each one of these cures will either help you or they will not. But the people who have used them including myself, some of these cures really do help to give you comfort when drugs will not do the job. As a general rule Herbs taken internally for better blood circulation throughout your whole body, these Herbs are also good for Arthritis.

 1. Two older ladies that I had met on the street told me that they had invented a cure for Arthritis and neither one of them have had a problem with it for several years. They told me that they buy a low cost Gin at the liquor store and they soak raisins in the Gin over night. The next day each one of them eat 9 raisins and they do this everyday. They said they never suffer from Arthritis any more.

 2. I talked to a lady who told me she had pain with Arthritis in her hands and fingers for 12 years and several of the Doctor's Drugs did not help her. Then she moved to Wyoming in the USA and her new neighbor told her that she had solved her Arthritis problems by drinking Alfalfa Tea. So this lady also began drinking the Alfalfa Tea and for the first time in 12 years the pain left both hands. She drinks a cup of this Tea once or twice a day and the Arthritis did not bothered her anymore. Some people do not like the taste of the Tea so instead of drinking the Tea they take Alfalfa Tablets and this cures them of the Arthritis pains.

 3. Take about 6 teaspoons of the spice called Ginger a day. This will help to stop the Arthritis pain. Why ?  Because of it's ability to increase blood circulation.

 4. Take 2----400 milligrams doses of SAM-e  everyday. This will relieve Arthritis pain. There are no side effects from using SAM-e  but it is still highly suggested that you do not take more then 1600 milligrams a day. It takes about 2 to 4 weeks before SAM-e will start doing it's job of relieving you of Arthritis pains.

 5. Using heat pads or ice packs----this will greatly reduce Arthritis pains.

 6. If your hands swell up during the night. wear a pair of snug-fitting gloves before going to bed. This will help to keep the swelling down.

 7. Eat more fish. The Omega-3 Fatty Acids found in cold water fish will help to relieve the pain and the stiffness in your joints. If you do not like the taste of fish then buy some fish-oil capsules.

 8. Buy Capsaicin Cream and rub this onto sore joints. Capsaicin is an Organic Compound that is found in Red Hot Peppers.

 9. Go on a Gluten-Free diet. Stay away from food products that are made from Wheat, Barley and Rye. Instead eat Buckwheat, Spelt, Rice, Sorgum and Millet seed. Also beans have no Gluten in it.

10. Cut down on your intake of Sugar. This is a leading cause of Arthritis in people of all ages.

11. Increase your intake of Calcium and or Bone Meal. As you get older your bones will begin to deteriorate and your bones will start flaking away. By taking Calcium and or Bone Meal, your bones will become strong and healthy and some what break resistant even in your older years.

12. Eucalyptus and Ginger Oil  can be rubbed onto sore joints and muscles for relief.

13. Doing daily exercising and stretching your muscles will greatly reduce Arthritis pains. This exercise program includes walking two miles everyday.

14. Maintain a healthy weight. Too much weight on your body can greatly increase pain in your muscles and your joints.

15. Taking supplements of Vitamin C will reduce Arthritis pains.

16. Taking Zinc Tablets will reduce Arthritis pains.

17. Drinking fresh Carrot Juice will relieve you of Arthritis Pains. By adding fresh Celery Juice you can double the effect of getting rid of the pains in your joints.

18. Taking fresh crushed Garlic or Garlic Oil in capsules will reduce Arthritis pains.

19. Swimming in a pool will help to reduce Arthritis pains. Many pools will give you a discount if they know that you are there swimming for heath reasons and not for pleasure.

20. Many people are sold on taking Vitamin E Oil internally for Arthritis pains. Vitamin E Oil has a lot of good medical properties.

21. A lot of people take Magnesium pills for Arthritis. A lot of people take Dolomite pills including myself which has both Magnesium and Calcium in it.

22. Many of the over-the-counter Drugs like Ibuprofen, Advil, Mineral Ice or Ben-Gay, these all help with the Arthritis pains.

23. A lot of people swear that the wearing of Magnetic or Copper rings or bracelets on the arms or the legs that this will reduce Arthritis pains. It is also important for all of us to use positive thinking when ever we use any of these Remedies.

24. To relieve Arthritis pains mix one teaspoon of Organic Vinegar to a cup of hot water and add one teaspoon of Honey and drink. This will also lower your blood pressure. it will prevent wrinkles on your face, it will slow down your aging process and it will get rid of all the crystals in your body. I have been taking this remedy for over 20 years and it does help me.

25. Include the Yellow Spice called Turmeric in your diet. It will reduce the swellings of Arthritis. It also kills Cancer Cells in your body and it gives you better blood circulation. The spice is also good for getting rid of Tumors in the body.

26. Two other Natural Drugs that are good for Arthritis pains and they create good blood circulation are Ginko Biloba pills and Cayenne Pepper in capsules. Use one of each per day on a full stomach. If you like HOT FOOD then sprinkle the powdered Red Pepper on your food and enjoy.

27. For Arthritis pain drink a tea of Pussy Willow and or Slippery Elm Bark. This one is a Mountain Folk Remedy.

28. Drinking lots of Soda Pop will cause Arthritis Pains.  Drink more water and leave the Soda Pop alone. Soda Pop will make you tired and it will make your joints hurt. Water will give you strength and it will NOT give you any Arthritis pains.

Drink Lots Of Water Everyday----8 To 12 Cups Or More.

      There is a saying that if your body is balanced and your blood is pure you will not get Cancer, and your body will be immune to all diseases. It will take a lot of effort to keep the body balanced and your blood pure. Your diet will be vitamin and mineral rich fresh fruits and vegetables and the eating of whole grains. Plus you need to drink LOTS OF WATER. Water will naturally balance the body. The human body is 90% water. So when you drink 8 cups or more a day you are naturally helping your body to remain balanced. This is very important to drink a lot of water everyday.
      Believe it or not we all live in a day and age to where water is NOT the number one fluid that people drink all over the world. The number one beverage is Soda Pop or it is also called the Soft Drinks. The fluid that comes in 2nd place are the Energy Drinks. The third place drinks are Coffee and Tea. Beer and Wine are also both drank more then water. Then the list of drinks goes to Water, the Fruit Drinks and then Milk comes in last place. This may sound shocking to you but it is very true. A hundred years ago water was the number one beverage in the world but not any more.
      It is going to take way more effort then you can think to drink more water then you do in drinking Soda Pop, Beer and the Energy Drinks. All three of these beverages will lower your immune system to where you will be sick more often then those who drink lots of water. These 3 beverages will harden your arteries giving you poor blood circulation, high blood pressure, stroke and heart attacks. Both the Soda Pops and the Energy Drinks are bad on your Kidneys and liver. A lot of people have had Kidney replacements because they are drinking way too much Pop. Also it is a proven fact that drinking a lot of Mountain Dew, it will eat the cartilage out of your knees and you will have a knee replacement in 20 to 30 years and this depends on how heavy you are drinking the Mountain Dew. Drinking heavy on both Coke and Pepsi for 20 or 30 years will give you the shakes. A lot of people are Diabetics  today because they drank way too much pop over the years. There are a lot of bad side effects when you drink these these drinks. Also Soda Pop will take away the oxygen in your body and it messes up the bodies ability to properly absorb both vitamins and minerals. Those who drink a lot of pop and or beer, they have added inches to their waist. In other words they now have a Pop Belly or they have a Beer Belly.
      Guess What ?  When you drink a lot of water There Are No Side Effects !!  Or you might say that the Side Effects are all on the positive side, Water naturally balances the body. It gets rid of the impurities and the toxins in the body. It helps the body to better absorb vitamins and minerals. It will give you a higher quality of blood. It does not harden up your arteries. It improves the function of your muscles giving you more strength. Pop will make you more tired. Remember this the next time you go running. Lots of water will flush out your kidneys and both your kidneys and liver will work a whole lot better.
