Eat Bananas Daily-They Are Natures Vitamin Pill.

      A man from my home town lived passed 100 years and on his 100th birthday, newspaper reporters asked him what his secret was into living so long. He said:  " I eat 2 bananas everyday. They are natures vitamin pills ".
      Each Banana is rich in Potassium, Folate and Vitamin B-6. It also has Vitamins A and C, and it is very rich in Fiber and Pectin. The Banana is the cheapest in price of all the fruits in the store, and it is gift wrapped in it's own germ-proof package. It is very rich in Antioxidants and the eating of Bananas will protect you from Cancer and Heart Disease. Eating Bananas will soften your arteries and provide you with better blood circulation. In other words when you eat a Banana it will help to lower your blood pressure. Wow ! I'll bet you did not know all of this stuff. Bananas are also good for your kidneys and liver as well as strengthening the walls of your heart. Also the next time you peel a Banana, do not throw the peeling away. Rub the Banana juices that are on the peeling onto your face, your arms, your hands or your legs. These juices will make your skin very soft. If you have a sore, tape a cut piece of the peeling over the sore and it will heal in a few days. The juice from the peels are soothing to minor burns and a cut piece of the peel tapped over the burn will help it to heal.
      Believe it or not. because Bananas are rich in Fiber the eating of Bananas will help you to over come both diarrhea and constipation, and if you are eating Bananas on a regular bases the Banana will protect you from having either one of these. This is not a 100% guarantee. Everybody has a different diet and all of us could still get Diarrhea or Constipation but the eating of Bananas will certainly be a big help. Besides being good for your Heart and lowering your Blood Pressure, Bananas will also help to make strong bones in your body. The Potassium in Bananas helps the body to better absorb Calcium as well as other vitamins and minerals.
