Stay Away From The Artificial Vitamins.

     During the 1970's and the 1980's the U.S. food people began adding all of these artificial vitamins and minerals to most of the foods sold on the market.  Most of these vitamins and minerals are made from refined petroleum by-products.  I once talked to a College professor in the food research department at Utah State University in Logan, Utah. He told me that there is no difference between the artificial vitamins and the natural vitamins.  He said that under a microscope they looked the same.  Under a microscope they may look the same, but our bodies will tell the real story if you follow a simple test.  By doing so, your own body will point out to you very clearly that there is a big difference between the natural and the man-made vitamins.  If you choose to follow this test, you will enjoy a few days of some very healthy eating, and it is tasty.
    To start off, make a large pot of homemade chicken soup.  Boil the chicken for a couple of hours, or until the meat falls off the bones.  Put the chicken broth into a stainless steel bowl, and then pull all the meat off the bones and throw away the bones, skin, and gristle.  Save the meat for later.  Put the chicken broth back into the cooking pan (stainless steel), and add diced carrots, celery, onions, and potatoes.  Boil this soup until the carrots and potatoes are tender, and you can poke a fork in them.  Then add your chicken meat, frozen peas, and raw onion flavor if you desire.  Simmer this soup for another 5 minutes.  After serving the soup into bowls, season it with salt and pepper, according to your taste.  This is great tasting homemade chicken soup that is naturally made, and if all the vegetables came from your garden, then this soup will be full of antioxidants, and it will kill many cancer cells in your body.  Eat this chicken soup for 2 to 3 meals, but do not take vitamin pills during this time.  If you get hungry in between meals, eat fresh fruits, raw vegetables, salads, raisins, dried fruits, or even a bowl of oatmeal cereal.  The test is you will be watching your urine.  Your urine should be crystal clear with very little color in it after eating this home made chicken soup.  This is what urine looks like when you are eating foods with the natural vitamins in them.  After your urine turns to a clear color, eat a bowl of "Total" cereal made by General Mills.  This cereal is rich in man-made vitamins.  About an hour or two later after eating this cereal, your urine will turn to a deep bright yellow.  I one day discovered this by accident, and the yellow urine came as a shock to me.  So again the microscope will tell you one story, but watching your urine after eating food with the natural vitamins will tell you a very different story.  So I will ask you: Which story will you believe as being the truth? This shows that the educated college people don't know everything like they think they do. 
     By the way, before the U.S. government began adding man-made vitamins to the processed foods that we eat, cancer was very rare.  You would hear stories about people who smoked getting lung cancer, and some women would get breast cancer, but that was it.  The cancer stories you hear today were almost non-existent before the 1970's. But after the 1980's  cancer stories began to multiply at a fast rate.  Today, 1 out of 3 people will have a problem with cancer.  That is a very high rate, but maybe together we can shed some light on this subject and greatly decrease that number. By the way in countries that do not have Artificial Vitamins in their food, the Cancer rate is very low compared to the United States.
